European Computer Driving Licence is a computer certification programme provided by ECDL Foundation. According to ECDL Foundation, the ECDL certification is recognized and supported by national governments, computer societies, international organizations and private corporations. The ECDL is known outside Europe as the International Computer Driving Licence (ICDL) and recognised as equivalent in these countries.
