Learning Support Tutor – Joyce Gardner

Learning Support Tutor Joyce Gardner has the Mentor (Parent)  role on Mount Orange university. This allows her to support individual students and view their grades and other actions. She is linked to students rather than courses.
Joyce access the students she mentors from a block on her dashboard. When she clicks on a student she then sees their profile. From the profile she can for example view any blog posts,  view forum posts from various courses even though Joyce isn’t enrolled in the courses. She also has an overview of the students’ course grades and if she clicks on a course she can see course-specific grades and lecturer feedback.
